ELISABETTA FRANCHI presents the Spring/Summer 2019 collection for girls
Little girls create their own worlds from their influences and experiences, and this is what inspired the Spring/Summer 2019 collection by Elisabetta Franchi La mia Bambina, produced and distributed by Gimel.
An ironic and carefree style that embraces a distinctive pop feel thanks to childlike all-over prints and yet maintains the characteristic details of the ELISABETTA FRANCHI collection for women, such as skilled tailoring and the constant mission for elegance.
The clothing is defined by the prints, with stars, flowers and macaroons appearing on dresses, skirts and shirts. This fun and playful mood is reflected in the graphic designs onT-shirts and sweatshirts as well.
Shapes recall the iconic MiniMe with sack dresses and the doll selection, striking skirts and creative layering. Simple T-shirts and sweatshirts embellished with prints alongside more elaborate pieces, with structured epaulette, bows and voile inserts. Iconic trousers come in wide-leg, cropped and high-waisted styles while jeans are available in skinny, boyfriend, cropped and bootcut styles.
Swimwear: two-piece, one-piece and one-shoulder styles in the collection patterns and graphic designs.
A wide range of accessories includes bags, jewellery for girls and logo belts to satisfy practical needs without sacrificing on style.
After its great success, the MOVES collection is back this Spring/Summer 2019. The women’s sportswear range is adapted for girls while maintaining signature details such as a colour palette dominated by ancient pink, star prints and a mixture of colours brought to life by touches of fluorescent bougainvillea and aquamarine. Sweatshirts, leggings, T-shirts and vests are useful for sport and also complete the everyday look.
The colour palette reflects the light and dreamy nature of the summer collection with aquamarine, pollen, peony and pale pink tones mixed with ironic flamingo, vermilion and teal shades. Black and ivory details confirm once again the refined elegance typical of ELISABETTA FRANCHI La mia Bambina style.
In keeping with current trends, this season’s collection also includes a selection of clothes and accessories labelled with the brand’s distinctive double C logo.
SS19 also sees another collection of shoes produced and distributed by Andrea Montelpare.
The lively and contemporary style of the girl’s clothing is mirrored with the same energy in neoprene slip-on trainers, nappa leather mules, low sandals and ballet flats adorned with elegant details.
The 40 models are defined by 7 creative themes that range from new elements to must-have iconic details.
There is no shortage of hearts in this collection: whether padded for a 3D effect, in patent leather, or sparkling with diamanté studs, hearts feature on sandals, ballet flats and trainers for romantic girls with a pop spirit.
Iridescent satin bows brighten up shoes for an extremely glamorous look. Different size bows adorn sandals from the biggest to the smallest for a fun effect.
And they don’t just come in fabric. Bows come to life with exclusive designs in pearls and rhinestones that embellish ballet flats and mules and outline sandals with the refined elegance typical of the ELISABETTA FRANCHI La mia Bambina style.
Another of the brand’s iconic symbol characterises this collection: the double C.
The logo is used differently to last season: no longer a detail, it becomes one with the model. It features in 3D effect on mules, on a gold chain across the entire shoe or even woven into the straps of sandals as a large symbol that envelops the feet.
The FRANCHI La mia Bambina shoes also shine thanks to the patent leather studded stars positioned behind trainers, resting delicately on the straps, or lacquered with the double C or in different sizes like a starry sky.
A ribbon is embossed with the brand’s logo and tied in a large asymmetrical bow on the side of the neoprene trainers, almost covering the entire shoe, or used as a single element that forms the braided sandal.
In classic Elisabetta Franchi style, pale gold chains also feature, defining the curve of the pointed ballet flats and straps of the double C sandals.
The colour palette is in perfect harmony with the clothing, picking up the same tones of aquamarine, pale pink, vermilion and teal. With the addition of delicate bougainvillea details.
